Fee estimates align to LAA expert fee guidance. Where case complexity, translation, or oral testimony is likely to exceed standard hours, Prior Authority should be sought early.
Delivery is deadline-driven and anonymised in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
All instructions proceed under CPR Part 35 independence. Use Appellant AA (Country) formatting and redact PII before transmission.
