Direct Access instructions are accepted where counsel requires independent country expertise without compromising CPR Part 35 independence.
Reports and oral testimony support hearing preparation, addenda, and Upper Tribunal country-conditions issues.
All instructions proceed under CPR Part 35 independence. Use Appellant AA (Country) formatting and redact PII before transmission.
